  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Items purchased on final sale

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, it may already be processed and shipped.
