1. Returns Eligibility

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Items purchased on final sale
3. Refund Process

- Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, it may already be processed and shipped.
